Supporting Employee Wellbeing in Unprecedented Times

The Challenge:

Simms Fishing Products, a global leader in the fishing industry, recognized the critical need to support the wellbeing of their employees amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to the stress and uncertainty of the pandemic, the company was experiencing a significant uptick in demand for their product, creating further pressure on the employees. Simms Fishing partnered with Ensō Wellbeing Coaching to provide a program to support the mental and emotional wellbeing of employees as they navigated the pandemic.

The Results:

  • 82% of participants said the program helped them manage their worry and anxiety

  • 77% said the program helped them manage their stress

  • 71% said the program had a positive impact on their mental health

  • 92% said they identified tools to support themselves
